Shipping Information
I normally dispatch orders within 1-5 business days. Orders going to a Norwegian address are usually delivered within 1-3 days. International orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered; please allow up to 3-4 weeks in transit to be safe!
Delivery
Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order. I ship orders using the Norwegian postal service (Posten), Schenker for Europe and UPS for international, depending on size and weight, at my discretion.
You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to me.

Duty & Taxes
In Norway Art is VAT free, my products are unique and do not come in replication. For orders in Norway prices and total order value are excluding VAT. Norwegian rules of tax apply.
International orders are subject to duty and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.Need help?

Easy Returns & Exchanges
No hassle exchanges and refunds! Your happiness is my highest priority! Feel free to exchange or return. I do hope that your are happy with what you receive, but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch immediately. Please note that many of my products are manufactured and may vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of manufactured items and I feel this adds to their character and is not to be considered a defect.
I can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 3 weeks, providing the item is unused, in original condition with labels still attached. Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from my website.
Please note I do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.
For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item. When sending an item back to me, I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to me.
If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and contact me straight away. Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item and email me, or send it back to me so I can see what went wrong.
If your order is damaged, due to a production mistake, damaged or incorrect or other, I will gladly replace your order and cover the shipping costs. Claims must be informed immediately to the Oceanweaver, Karina Siegmund, in written form. Claim of defective goods is valid until 60 days after the buyer accepted shipping order.
